Magnifier makes part or all of your screen bigger so you can see words and images better. Expand any or all of the following sections to learn more about Magnifier. Turn on Magnifier. Magnify your screen. Magnifier enlarges part or all of your screen so you can see words and images better. To open Magnifier quickly, press the Windows logo key + Plus sign (+). When Magnifier is open, use Windows logo key + Plus sign (+) or Windows logo key + Minus sign (-) to zoom in or out.

Press Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys to pan to the area of the screen that you want to see. Press the Windows logo key + plus sign (+) to zoom in. Press the Windows logo key + minus sign (–) to zoom out. Press Ctrl + Alt + Space bar to show Magnifier in full screen. Press the Tab key to move through items on the screen.

Turn on Magnifier. This option sets Magnifier to run when you log on to your computer. Magnifier enlarges the part of the screen where the mouse is pointing and can be especially useful for viewing objects that are difficult to see. Adjust the color and transparency of the window borders.
