Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features to change whether you're shown app recommendations when trying to install apps from outside the Store.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording. A Subscribed badge means a Microsoft 365 subscription such as Microsoft 365 Family or Personal is already associated with your account and you can access many of your subscription benefits including installing the desktop apps.

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.

You can use a voice typing language that's different than the one you've chosen for Windows. Here's how: Search for the language you'd like to install, then select. or install any optional language features you'd like to use. These features, including speech recognition, aren't required for voice typing to work.
