Install Microsoft 365 2019 or 2016 on a PC. Remember a one-time purchase version of Microsoft 365 is licensed for one install only. Depending on your browser, select Open file (in Edge or Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

Contact Support. For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. Choose the power mode that works for you and what you want to do on your Windows 11 PC. This lets you determine what’s important to you—getting the best battery life, best performance, or a balance between the two. To change the power mode, select Start > Settings > System > Power & battery.

Get Microsoft account help. Manage your personal account from a single dashboard, including payment information, purchases, subscriptions, and more. Go to your dashboard. You can use a Microsoft account, or a work or school account to sign into your Windows device.

A Subscribed badge means a Microsoft 365 subscription such as Microsoft 365 Family or Personal is already associated with your account and you can access many of your subscription benefits including installing the desktop apps.

The PC Game Pass plan gives you access to a set of high-quality PC games on Windows 10/11 devices. The best way to experience PC Game Pass is in the Xbox app for Windows, available for download from the Microsoft Store or at: Xbox app for Windows.
