If you encrypt an Outlook message that contains voting buttons, message recipients won't be able to see them. That feature isn't supported at this time. Create an email message or reply to or forward a message that you received. On the Options tab, in the Tracking group, click Use Voting Buttons.

So, check the player’s suffix and compare it to the gamertag of the player in question. Everybody should be wary of unexpected messages from prominent celebrities or gamers, as these aren’t common. If you feel like a message is offensive or a scam, report the user to Xbox so we can investigate further.
