If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions.

Contact Support. For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. Your Hotmail or Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft Account password. If you can you sign in but are having problems with Outlook.com, check the service status. If the status isn't green, wait until the service is running normally and try again.

If your purchase of Office or Microsoft 365 came with a product key, you enter your product key on one of the websites listed below for your product. After you enter your key, you can download and install Office, or you can renew your Microsoft 365 subscription. Tip: Get tech expertise with Business Assist.

Unfortunately, you can't. Message recall is not available for users with email addresses ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, or @msn.com. These are web-based email services where once you send an email message, it's gone from your email server and out of your control. Set up undo send in Outlook.com.

From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.
