You have multiple accounts
Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. Select Your info and choose Edit account info, or go to Manage how you sign into Microsoft.

  2. In the Account aliases section, select Add email.

  3. Add an existing email or create a new one and then select Add alias.

  4. Under Account aliases, select Verify and Make primary.

Tips: 

  • To remove an email address, select Remove. To change an address, first add a new one and then remove the old one.

  • Select Make primary next to the address that you'd like to be displayed on your Microsoft devices.

  • To open your email account, go to Outlook.com.
