If you see the error message "You haven't finished yet" when setting up passwordless sign-in, it may be because you have other accounts already set up in your Microsoft Authenticator app.
To finish setting up passwordless sign-in, add your account directly to the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Select + Add account then choose your account type.

Select Sign in with Microsoft and enter your username and password.

Choose your verification method and enter the verification code to complete adding the account in the app.

Go to Add a new way to sign in or verify and select Use an app.

Click Get it now but close the new window which opens - you already have the app.

Select Next and then Finish to complete adding app sign-in to your account.
