Sign in to redeem.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.

Enter the 25-character code, and then select Next.
To redeem a new Office product key online

Sign in to Office.com/setup with your Microsoft account.

Enter the 25-character product key, and then select Next.
To redeem a gift card or code on your Xbox

Sign in to your Xbox console with your Microsoft account.

From the Home screen, select and open the Store app.

In the Store app, move the cursor left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu.

From that menu, select Redeem.

Enter 25-character code, and then follow the prompts.
To redeem a gift card or code in Windows 10

On your Windows 10 device, select Microsoft Store on the taskbar.

In Microsoft Store, select the See more menu.

Select Redeem a code.

Enter the 25-character code, and then select Redeem.
