On the Home tab, use the options in the Paragraph and Font groups to format the text the way you want it:
Paragraph options let you adjust the alignment, apply list formatting (bullets or numbers) or line spacing, or direction of text:
Font options let you style text (font; size; and styling such as bold, italic, strikethrough, and so on):
Tip:Â Formatting can be applied to an entire box of text (when you simply select the box) or to a specific portion of text that you've selected within that box.Â
