As an organizer or presenter, you can spotlight or put focus on another person in your meeting, even yourself.

Select People to show the participant list.
Right-click someone's video feed and choose Spotlight for everyone.
Confirm that you want to Spotlight for everyone.

To cancel the spotlight, right-click the video again and select Exit spotlight video Exit spotlight. Anyone who's been spotlighted can right-click and select Exit spotlight as well.

Note: An organizer or presenter can spotlight someone, an attendee can not. Change Who can present to Specific people or Only me and co-organizers when you create the meeting to prevent others from spotlighting. Spotlight isn't available in Large gallery or Together mode.
