If you don't need to check the boxes, you can add a simple, square bullet to your list items. For a dynamic check box, follow the steps below.

  1. On the Developer tab, in the Controls group, select Checkbox control button  Check Box Content Control.

  2. Copy the check box and paste it anywhere else you want to add one.
