  1. In your email message, go to Options and, in the More Options group, select the dialog launcher  Outlook Dialog Launch button icon. 

    If you don't see Message Options, select More Commands (...)  and choose Message Options.

  2. In the Properties dialog, select Security Settings, and then select Add digital signature to this message.

  3. Choose additional options as needed, and then select OK.
