Select the picture you'd like to modify, then select the Picture Format tab that appears.
Note: If you don't see the Picture Format tab, be sure to select a picture on your slide.

Use the options on the toolbar to modify the picture. You can apply a preset picture style, add a border, add an effect such as Shadow or Glow, rotate the image, or crop its margins.
