Restart your network modem and router

Unplug the power cable from your modem and router. Wait 30 seconds. Plug the modem and router back in. It may take several minutes for your network to fully restart.

Run the network troubleshooter

Select Start, type troubleshoot settings, and select Troubleshoot settings from the list of results.

Select the Internet Connections option and Run the troubleshooter.
