If you have classic Outlook installed on your phone, logging into your Microsoft 365 account will always keep your email and calendars in sync. To add another account calendar to your Outlook:

  1. In your calendar, tap your profile picture or initials in the upper left.

  2. Next to your account name, tap the Calendar icon.

  3. Select Add an Account to connect your mobile Outlook to another calendar you want to synchronize.
