Symptoms
This article describes an update that is available for Microsoft Lync 2010 users who are enabled for Remote Call Control (RCC) to be able to make video calls or attend video conferences. In the video calls or conferences, audio is performed by a Lync 2010 client instead of a PBX telephone.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
