Symptoms

Assume that you create an order for a customer in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Retail POS. The full amount of the order is paid by using the Deposit override function. In this situation, when you partly pickup items in the order, the quantities and the total amounts in the order are calculated incorrectly. Additionally, the overridden deposit for the order becomes a refund.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
