Issue that this hotfix package fixes
- Consider the following scenario:
- You enable the Room Finder feature by configuring Room List Distribution Groups in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
- You set the work hours to a length of time that is over 12 hours on the Calendar tab in the Outlook Options dialog box. For example, you set the start time to 03:00 and the end time to 23:00.
- You create a meeting request for a meeting that is scheduled to start after the first 12 working hours. For example, you schedule the meeting to start at 15:30.
Note This problem does not occur if you schedule the meeting to start within the first 12 working hours (for example, at 14:30).

- Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Locate and then select the following registry subkey:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar
- On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
- Type SchedulingSuggestionLimit, and then press Enter.
- In the Details pane, right-click SchedulingSuggestionLimit, and then click Modify.
- In the Value data box, type 48, and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor.
File informationThis hotfix package may not contain all the files that you must have to fully update a product to the latest build. This hotfix package contains only the files that you must have to resolve the issue that listed in this article.
The global version of this hotfix package uses a Microsoft Windows Installer package to install the hotfix package. The dates and the times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the following table. When you view the file information, the date is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
