Issue that this update fixes
- Assume that you have an Excel workbook that has cells that contain rich text formatting and phonetic information. You select and copy some cells, then you open a presentation in PowerPoint 2010, and paste the copied cells as Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object by using the Paste Special feature. In this situation, when you double-click the object, you receive the following error message:Microsoft PowerPoint can't start the application required to open this object.
