Symptoms
When you use Windows Store apps that declare the Enterprise Authentication capability in Windows 8.1 Preview, you experience one or more of the following issues:

You are prompted for user credentials.

You encounter authentication failures.
Resolution
To resolve the issues, install this update (2863846) from Windows Update.
