Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You go to the Binary page in BizTalk Server Administration Console and view the details of a message in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 or 2013.

The message contains Unicode characters that are in UTF-16 encoding.

You copy the message to clipboard and paste it to a text editor.
In this scenario, the copied message is corrupted.
