Symptoms

Assume that you copy an image from a website, and then you insert the image into a document in Windows 8.1. For example, you create a new email message in the Mail app, and then you insert a .bmp image file into the message. You open the touch keyboard, you press space or enter after the image, and then you type some words. In this situation, certain words are auto-corrected incorrectly. For example, when you type this is, it is auto-corrected to tthis il. Additionally, the auto-correct feature does not work for incorrect words. Note You can press the Backspace key to correct the words.
