RRAS BPA rules update for Windows Server 2012 R2

This article describes an update of Best Practices Analyzer (BPA) rules for Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) in Windows Server 2012 R2.


Windows Server 2012 R2 has some new Remote Access features, such as multi-tenant Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN, multi-tenant Remote Access VPN, and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing support. This BPA update adds the new rules that correspond to the S2S VPN multi-tenancy, VPN multi-tenancy, BGP routing configuration and performance, and some other improvements. This will help the cloud service provider administrators to achieve an efficient gateway configuration.
