This update isn't available since Cumulative Update 10 for Exchange Server 2013 (3078678) was released on September 15, 2015. You can install the latest Exchange Server 2013 update to get the improvements and fix the issues that are described in this article.
Cumulative Update 8 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 was released on March 17, 2015. This cumulative update resolves a list of non-security issues.

Known issue with this update

After you install this update in your environment where the DST update for Chile and Mexico is applied, the calendar items are shifted incorrectly. To work around this issue, see Exchange Calendar items are shifted incorrectly when some Windows DST updates are applied (3048372).


The setup process for Exchange Server 2013 will identify any missing prerequisites.

Restart requirement

You have to restart the computer after you apply this cumulative update package.

Registry information

You do not have to make any changes to the registry after you apply this cumulative update package.

Removal information

After you install this cumulative update package, you cannot uninstall the package to revert to an earlier version of Exchange Server 2013. If you uninstall this cumulative update package, Exchange Server 2013 is removed from the server.
