Symptoms

This issue occurs after you send an SIP address that contains an underscore ("_") to a user by using Microsoft Skype for Business. For example, if you send "user_name@domain.com" to a user, the address will be displayed as "user_name@domain.com" on both of your clients.

Note This issue will also occur when you create or end an audio call with a user whose SIP address is "user_name@domain.com." In this situation, you receive the following notifications:


Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the June 9, 2015 update (KB3054791) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
