This article describes an issue that causes backup to fail with a "File Not Found” error on a Windows Server 2012 R2 cluster. A hotfix is available to fix this issue. Before you install this hotfix, see the Prerequisites section.
This issue occurs when you back up lots of virtual machines (VMs) on multiple Cluster Shared Volumes (CSVs).
