Improvements and fixes

  • Translates some terms in multiple languages to make sure that the meaning is accurate.
  • Fixes the following issues:
    • When you open an IRM-protected document by using the Edit permission in Word 2016, the Edit Document option on the View tab which should be available is disabled.
    • Performance is slow when you try to create an email message in Outlook 2016. This issue occurs because the email signature isn't cached.
    • After you save a document as a .pdf file in Word 2016, the font name in the .pdf file is not displayed as the corresponding PostScript name.
    • When you try to checkout a SharePoint document and you don't have the appropriate permission, you receive the following incorrect error message:
We can't do that for you because the file was deleted or checked out.
