FIX: Error occurs when you try to start Report Builder for SSRS 2014 from Report Manager

When you try to start Report Builder for SQL Server Reporting Services 2014 (SSRS) from Report Manager, the action fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
System.Deployment.Application.InvalidDeploymentException (HashValidation)
                                - File, Microsoft.AnalysisServices.dll, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.
