Assume that you search for a user to transfer a call to in a Microsoft Skype for Business installation that has April 14, 2015 update installed. When you press and hold (right-click) on the user in the Transfer Call window, and then you select one of the available options (such as Work, Skype call, or Voice Mail), the right-click menu disappears but no calls are transferred. Additionally, no error messages are displayed.
To work around this issue, select Voice Mail, Mobile, Work or one of the other options from the call drop-down list to transfer the call.
