About the .NET Framework 4.6.2 Developer Pack

The .NET Framework 4.6.2 Developer Pack lets developers build applications that target the .NET Framework 4.6.2 by using Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, or third-party IDEs.
