Symptoms

Assume that a computer that hosts the Reporting Services server uses UTC+2 or an earlier time zone, and you enable the My Reports featureon the server. In this situation, when you open the home page of the SQL Server Reporting Services web portal, you receive the following error message:

Could not load folder contents Something went wrong. Please try again later.

Additionally, after you dismiss the error message, the home page becomes empty and doesn't show any contents, such as folders and reports. However, you can still open those contents by navigating to them directly by using their URLs.

Resolution

The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server:

Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. We recommend that you download and install the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
