Exception occurs when a special ARP request packet is sent to Windows Embedded Compact 7


When a special Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) request is sent to a Windows Embedded Compact 7 device in order to detect IP conflicts, an exception is thrown in the tcpip.dll file.
