An exception occurs when a special ARP request packet is sent to Windows Embedded Compact 2013


When a special Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) request packet is sent to a Windows Embedded Compact 2013 device to detect IP conflicts, an exception is thrown in the Tcpip.dll file.
