4020302 The .NET Framework 4.7 installation is blocked on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2012 because of a missing d3dcompiler update
The .NET Framework 4.6 Servicing Update has dependencies on files that require the d3dcompiler_47.dll update. The d3dcompiler_47.dll update is installed together with either the Security and Quality Rollups or Preview of Quality Rollups that are installed on this system.
The installed version of d3dcompiler_47.dll should be 6.3.9600.18611.
To apply this update, you must have Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008 installed.
You don't have to restart the computer after you apply this update.
