FIX: SQL Server 2017 on Linux doesn't listen to nondefault IP address specified by mssql-conf script

Assume that you use the mssql-conf script to specify a nondefault IP address where SQL Server listens for connections in SQL Server 2017 on Linux. In this case, the setting might not be honored.


This fix is included in Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2017.
