Overview
The feature allows to generate Intrastat report in German specific INSTAT/XML 6.2 format.

Generating the report
In the Intrastat journal, click on Output > INSTAT/XML.
In the Create export file dialog, fill the parameters:

Directory |
Choose the folder where the file will be stored. |

File name |
Preview of auto-generated name of file. The rule for file name generation is the following: Equals to value of XML tag envelopeId + ".xml" EnvelopeId is generated as concatenation of the following tags: <interchangeAgreementId > + "-" + <referencePeriod in Yyyymm> + "-" + <Envelope/DateTime/date in Yyyymmdd> + "-" + <Envelope/DateTime/time in HHmm> Value is refreshed at user action on the form. Real name of file may differ from the previewed one and will contain system date and time of file generation. |

Period start |
Choose the first date of the reporting month. |

Registration number |
The value in the field is used to generate Identification code of the sender (PartyId tag). Pre-defaulted with Tax exempt number or Tax registration number of the legal entity and can be changed by user. |

Direction |
Choose for which flows the report should be generated: Arrival, Dispatch or Both. |

Authority |
Choose the Tax authority the report will be submitted to. Authority identification, Name and address are used for filling information of receiver Party in the file. Also, value from the field Intrastat code is used to generate Identification code of the sender (PartyId tag). |

Button Select |
Filter by Direction is pre-defined by the user choice in the Direction field. There are no other pre-defined filters. User can click on the Select button to add additional filtering rules. |
