Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You implement the Microsoft Skype for Business UCMA based Contact Center applications that support app sharing in your organization.

You enable the Video-based Screen Sharing (VbSS) feature in Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015.

You share your desktop with another user by using a Skype for Business client.
In this scenario, the desktop sharing fails.
Workaround
To work around this issue, you can refer to the following article to disable the VbSS feature in Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015:
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

For Skype for Business Server 2019, install the July 2019 cumulative update 7.0.2046.123, Unified Communications Managed API 5.0 Runtime.

For Skype for Business Server 2015, install the January 2019 cumulative update 6.0.9319.537, Unified Communications Managed API 5.0 Runtime.
