You may not be able to get the latest version of Windows 10 if the games you play use an older, incompatible version of BattlEye software. If that's the case, try these steps to enable your PC to update to Windows 10, version 1903:

Make sure you have the latest version of your games so that you have the latest version of BattlEye. (Some game platforms allow you to validate your game files, which can confirm that your installation is fully up to date.)

Uninstall BattlEye using https://www.battleye.com/downloads/UninstallBe.exe, and then reopen your game.

Restart your PC, then open the game again.

Uninstall and reinstall your game.
To keep your gaming experience safe, Microsoft has placed a compatibility hold on devices with the impacted versions of BattlEye software. This means that the Windows 10, version 1903 update won't be offered to those PCs until the incompatible version of Battleye is removed or replaced.
