Summary

When starting up some Microsoft Teams Room devices you might receive the error, "CCS-400 Firmware, The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'CCS-400 Firmware.msi' in the box below."

Cause

This issue might happen after installing KB4586819 released on November 19, 2020 or KB4592449 released on December 8, 2020. This issue might happen on devices after installing an affected update or after updating to Windows 10, version 1909 or Windows 10, version 1903.

Next Steps

This issue is resolved. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the resolution to propagate automatically to non-managed devices. Restarting your device might help the resolution apply to your device faster. For enterprise-managed devices that have installed an affected update and encountered this issue, it can be resolved by installing and configuring a specialĀ Group Policy.
