On the Open and Export tab in Outlook, you can:

Open a calendar file in Outlook (.ics or .vcs)

Open an Outlook data file (.pst)

Import or export files and settings

Open a folder shared by another user
Open calendar
Click the Open Calendar button to browse for a saved calendar file (.ics or .vcs) and then open in Outlook.
Open Outlook Data File
Click the Open Outlook Data File button to open a .pst file in Outlook. For more information, see Open and close Outlook Data Files (.pst).
Import/Export
Click the Import/Export button to start the Import and Export Wizard to import and export data from various file types. For more information, see Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file. Also see, Import contacts to Outlook.
Other User's Folder
When another Microsoft Outlook user grants you permission to his or her folder, you can open it in Outlook. Click the Other User's Folder button and Outlook displays the Open Other User's Folder dialog box where you can enter the name of the folder and select the folder type.
