The connected experiences in Microsoft Edge help you to search, discover, and collaborate on the web more productively. For example, you can find the best prices and coupons for products when you shop online or you can translate the contents of a web page into a different language.
Important: These optional cloud-backed services aren't covered by your organization's license with Microsoft. Instead, they're licensed directly to you. By using these cloud-backed services, you also agree to the Microsoft Services Agreement.
Connected experiences may analyze the content of the web pages you're seeing in Microsoft Edge to provide you with shopping recommendations, offer editing suggestions, discover related topics, and more. Rewards, Editor, and Text prediction are all examples of connected experiences.
Note: Not all connected experiences are available in all regions where Microsoft Edge is available.
When you're signed in with a work or school account, these connected experiences are optional connected experiences and are provided under the terms of the Microsoft Services Agreement and privacy statement, and other terms may also apply.
If you're an administrator, these optional connected experiences can be managed by privacy controls for Microsoft Edge policy settings.
