A problem has been encountered while loading the setup components. Canceling setup.This problem occurs when you install an update that adds a new Windows Installer feature to VSTS 2008. For example, you install the security update that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 952241.
This problem occurs because the new Windows Installer feature is incompatible with the setup components for VSTS 2008.
