Symptoms
When you visit the Microsoft Windows Update Web site, the Download button may not be available to start downloading selected updates.
Cause
This behavior occurs because the use of style sheets is disabled.
Resolution
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).

Locate the Use StyleSheets value in the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

On the Edit menu, click Modify, type yes, and then click OK.

Quit Registry Editor.

Quit Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then restart the computer.
