A time-out error occurs when the Outlook Synchronization process is run from Microsoft Office Outlook to synchronize with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
This problem occurs if the Change Log Entry table (405) contains a large number of records.
- The last synchronization attempt was not successful.
- If the synchronization process has not been run recently, a full table scan is performed to verify the changes in the Change Log Entry table (405). This causes a time-out error when the Change Log Entry table contains a large number of records.
