FIX: You receive an error message that states the APPLNAME of the DB2 database was supplied an invalided value when you run a static query in a Host Integration Server 2009 environment

When you try to run a static query on a DB2 database in a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2009 environment, the database may not open. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
The special register client APPLNAME database_name at location was supplied an invalided value.
This problem may occur because of changes that were made in the implementation of the ClientApplicationName property in Host Integration Server 2009.
To resolve this problem, apply this hotfix.
