FIX: "Partially Succeeded" status in Visual Studio 2008 if you upgrade to TFS 2010 and to TFS Team Build 2010
Consider the following scenario:
- You upgrade Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) to TFS 2010 and TFS Team Build to TFS Team Build 2010.
- You try to build a Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 project by using the default upgrade template in TFS 2010.
- A build fails before the compilation phase of the project.
After you install the following hotfix package, the build report has a Failed status in the scenario that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
