This cumulative update fixes the following issues:
The OBR component incorrectly marks the Mediation server as down after the CAC feature is enabled in Lync Server 2010
The IMs from a federated user are not captured and archived in a Lync Server 2010 environment
485 error when the QoE reports cannot be delivered to a Monitoring server in Lync Server 2010
An update is available to clean up the bad state information of a user who uses an Office Communicator client to log on to a Lync Server 2010 server
An update is available that improves the efficiency of PSTN call routing in Lync Server 2010
The SIP addresses in the address book file are missing in a Lync Server 2010 environment
The SUBSCRIBE request for unverified clients is not rejected in Lync Server 2010
The Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt file is not generated in the Address Book files in a Lync Server 2010 environment

To apply this cumulative update, install the KB2571546-amd64-Server.msp package on the following computers:
- Lync Server 2010 – Standard Edition Server
- Lync Server 2010 – Enterprise Edition - Front-end
- Lync Server 2010 – Enterprise Edition – Standalone Audio Video Conferencing Server
To remove this cumulative update, use the Add or Remove
item in Control Panel.
