Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft Excel 2010. This update provides the latest fixes for the 32-bit and the 64-bit editions of Excel 2010. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.
Issue that this update fixes
Assume that you set the Calculation option to Manual in Excel 2010. When you update certain values in a workbook, and then manually run the calculation, either the conditional formatting is not updated or the sparklines are not updated.
This update does not replace any previously released update.

How to uninstall this update
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type Appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
Use one of the following procedures, depending on the operating system that you are running:
Windows 7 and Windows Vista
Click View installed updates.
In the list of updates, locate and click update 2553439, and then click Uninstall.
Click to select the Show updates check box.
In the list of updates, locate and click update 2553439, and then click Remove.
