You cannot use certain digital signing certificates to sign a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) project in Office 2010 on a computer that is running Windows 7.

Assume that you customize the Backstage view in Office 2010. Then, you open a document in protected mode, and you try to edit the document. However, the customization on the Backstage view is not displayed.

Assume that you open and then close a workbook that contains many custom ribbon controls several times in Microsoft Excel 2010. When you expand the corresponding dynamic menu in this situation, no menu items are displayed.Note If you enable the Show add-in user interface errors option on the Advanced tab of the Excel Options window, you receive the following error message:
Too many controls. Total number of controls in customization XML cannot be more than 10000.
