INTRODUCTION

Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft Office 2013. This update provides the latest fixes for the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Office 2013 and Office Home and Student 2013 RT. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.

Issues that this update fixes

  • Assume that touch mode is enabled for Office 2013 on a high pixel density device, such as a Microsoft Surface Pro. When you change the dots per inch (DPI) setting in Windows to 150%-Larger, the tabs on the ribbon in Office 2013 applications are more close together than expected.

  • After you apply update 2768349, you experience a decrease in performance in Microsoft Publisher 2013.
